Florida 9th Circuit State Attorney results
ORLANDO, Fla. — Former State Attorney Monique Worrell won reelection to her post Tuesday. State Attorney Andrew Bain came in second.
Worrell pledged to return to her vision before she was removed from office.
"My next four-year vision will be completing the first four-year vision that was stolen prematurely from the voters, and reviewing the state of the office. When I get back in office, it's going to be essential for me to see what's working, what isn't working," Worrell said after her victory was declared.
Bain took over as State Attorney after Worrell was suspended by Gov. Ron DeSantis in August 2023.
